Church Renewal and Asset Restoration Project and Capital Campaign
RESTORE
Now is the time to restore, repair and replace mechanical and operating systems as well as finishes and equipment that have served us well for 50 years but
need updating to sustain and strengthen our infrastructure. This is 60% of the project budget and includes:
- HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
- Lighting, Sound, and Technology
- Refresh flooring, ceiling tiles, and wall finishes throughout the entire building
- Repair exterior roofs, fascia, caulking
- Replace worn and broken composite board/veneer pews with solid wood pews and reconfigure seating to accommodate persons with disabilities
- Improve accessibility of entries/ egresses for persons with disabilities
- Update all restrooms to be fully handicap accessible and add a Family Restroom at the Chapel and Parish Office Narthex
- Preserve and repair our Pipe Organ
- Update technology resources in Parish Hall for learning and community events
- Replace worn and poorly functioning doors and add keyless entry system
- Upgrade security and safety monitoring
