Room Reservation Requests
In order to reserve a physical meeting room at Good Shepherd or an Online Campus Room, you will need to fill out a Room Reservation Request Form.
Please email completed forms to Bryan Pritchard, bpritchard@thegoodshep.org. The Parish Office will let you know when your event is approved.
What is Available?
Physical Rooms available are Parish Hall A with a limit of 25 people. Parish Hall B is available for either 6 or 16 participants and Parish Hall C can hold 20 participants. The All-Purpose Room can be reserved for small groups of six or less. Additional needs should be specified on the form such as a projector or a snack table, for example.
Available online rooms would be Online Room 1, Online Room 2 or Online Room 3 and this would mean you are setting up an online meeting through Zoom to use with your physical room.
