Our Refurbishment and Renewal Project will address significant elements of our Trindle Road buildings and infrastructure. This includes mechanicals, structures, systems, property, equipment, and assets that have served us well for 50 years but need updating and replacement.  This part of the project will also address accessibility, safety, and security.

Our existing structures and mechanical systems on Trindle Road have been analyzed both internally and by a third-party independent company, Quandel Energy Solutions, in a March 2023 Reserve Study.

Our Refurbishment and Renewal Project will:

· Replace outdated and non-repairable HVAC units and electrical systems.

· Add an ADA accessible family restroom near the parish office and chapel.

· Update existing restrooms and main entrance to the church to be ADA compliant.

· Install LED lighting throughout the interior of the building.

· Update technology in the Parish Halls and meeting rooms.

· Refresh chapel, confessionals, and sacristies.

· Repair, replace, and update interior finishes (paint and flooring) throughout the building.

· Replace exterior doors with a keyless entry system for better functionality and security.

· Add monitoring cameras throughout the building and grounds.

· Add hand railings to sidewalk paths that lead to the parish office and chapel entrance.

· Repair/replace flat rubber roof and snow breaks, as well as soffits and fascia boards.

· Repair gutter system.

· Repair window caulking throughout the property.

· Add security fencing around boiler room egress and waste management receptacles.

· Address rectory roof, chimney repointing, and interior finishes.

Preserving these assets is paramount. Now is the time for us to provide our buildings and property with the necessary deferred maintenance and updating to strengthen our parish for generations to come.
