Fourth Sunday of Advent

Dear Parish Family,

‘Twas a few days before Christmas and all through the parish … there was a spirit of peace and joy, love and kindness, thanks and praise.   I hope that everyone has had a GOOD ADVENT.    May these next 48 hours or so be a true time of happiness and holiness.   Let’s finish Advent well.  Take some time to be still and just gaze at the Nativity Scene.  Enter into the mystery with Joseph and Mary as they wait for Jesus.   Listen for the angels.  Keep watch with the shepherds.  Before you open your Christmas gifts, open your heart to the New Born King, the true gift of Christmas.

Be assured of my prayers for a truly holy Christmas.   Know that I will remember you and your loved ones with warmth, gratitude, and love as I celebrate Christmas Mass. Please keep me in your prayers. May there only be peace on earth this Christmas as well as peace in each of our hearts.

Continued GOOD ADVENT and a very Merry and Blessed Christmas to  everyone!
