Embark on a guided tour of the “Holy of Holies” of biblical theology. The book of Hebrews is like a little Catechism. It is steeped in rich truths that are foundational to our Catholic Faith, but its highly refined theological concepts can be difficult for even the most seasoned Bible scholars to unpack. Presented by Andrew Swafford and Jeff Cavins, Hebrews: The New and Eternal Covenant draws out the riches of this sublime book in a way that makes them easier to understand. It draws connections between the Old and New Testaments, the Liturgy, the Eucharist, the priesthood, and so much more. Most importantly, Hebrews will help Catholics appreciate the astounding generosity of God as they see the wonders he has given us in the Church.

It’s the most well-known Christian prayer in the world, but do we truly understand its power and meaning? We pray it regularly. We learned it while we were still learning to speak. It’s one of the most important prayers ever given to the human family. And yet, many of us take it for granted, missing its depth and breadth. But this is the Lord’s Prayer. It’s called by such a distinguished name because the Lord Jesus gave it to us after His apostles asked Him how to pray. He taught them then with this prayer, and it teaches us still today. Thy Kingdom Come: Living the Lord’s Prayer in Everyday Life is about diving into the familiar and yet unknown world of the Lord’s Prayer. We will discuss the seven distinct petitions we ask of God in this prayer.

The better we understand Jesus, the better we understand ourselves. Who was Jesus, this itinerant preacher whom many called the Messiah? In Priest, Prophet, King, you’ll discover Jesus as the Anointed One; the ultimate priest, prophet, and king foreshadowed throughout the Hebrew Scriptures. Using biblical insights and engaging stories, Bishop Robert Barron affirms that we see Jesus most clearly through the lens of the Old Testament. Through participation in Priest, Prophet, King, you will better understand Jesus, become more familiar with Scripture, and realize your own priestly, prophetic, and kingly mission.
