We are excited for our Church Renewal and Asset Restoration Project to begin! The construction phase is scheduled to start at the end of May. This summer, all Masses will be celebrated in the Parish Hall. Therefore, we are unable to accept rental requests for our Parish Hall from April 2026 through September 2026. Thank you for understanding.
Room Reservation Requests
To reserve a physical meeting room at Good Shepherd or an Online Campus Room, you will need to fill out a Room Reservation Request Form.
Please email completed forms to Ann Lawrence, alawrence@thegoodshep.org. The Parish Office will let you know when your event is approved.
What is Available?
Physical Rooms available are:
Parish Hall A
Parish Hall B
Parish Hall C
The All-Purpose Room can be reserved for small groups of six or fewer
Additional needs should be specified on the form, such as a projector or a snack table, for example.
Available online rooms would be Online Room 1, Online Room 2, or Online Room 3, and this would mean you are setting up an online meeting through Zoom to use with your physical room.
